USGS high-purity refined gallium designation
The U.S. Geological Survey's own product designation separating high-purity refined gallium from low-purity primary gallium, which it reports as different products with different producing countries. It is an authoritative technical designation rather than a numeric standard: this source states no purity figure and no impurity limits for it, and that absence is recorded rather than filled in. Under the Phase 31 specification model it carries an EMPTY requirements list, which is the honest record: it is a product designation with no published numbers, and an empty list says that where a fabricated ceiling would have hidden it.
