Each claim states how it is known and cites its evidence.
EstablishedREPORTED_BY_AUTHORS, NOT VERIFIED. The row they attribute to the standard reads V2O5 >=99.00, Si <=0.08, Fe <=0.08, P <=0.03, S <=0.08, As <=0.01, Na2O + K2O <=0.8. Held as a SECONDARY specification report. It is not first-party, it is not used to decide anything in this corpus, and its existence is recorded because a product may satisfy one issuer's grade while falling short of another's — which is the point, not a contradiction.
Reported for this deposit
The authors state that the impurity content of their product meets the requirements for grade 99 vanadium pentoxide of standard YB/T 5304-2017, and print a row of limits they attribute to that standard. This corpus records the statement as the authors' and does NOT adopt it: the standard itself has not been read, so what it requires is known here only at one remove.

EstablishedOPTIMISATION RESULT, SOURCE-DESIGNATED. The composition belongs to the source's own optimum, which the source frames as such. Any comparison made against it is a comparison against the route's best reported product, and a shortfall found there is not softened by the existence of worse results in the same series.
Reported for this deposit
This composition is of the product made under the conditions the authors themselves identify as their optimum. Figure 7 shows purity against purification temperature, and the paper states that at 65 degrees Celsius the product reaches a MAXIMUM of 99.05 per cent and that this is for that reason the best purification temperature. The figure compared here is therefore the best result of a reported series, not a typical or expected output of the route.

Establishedthe purified solid vanadium pentoxide product, at the purification temperature the source calls optimal (YB/T 5328-2009 for V2O5; XRF for the impurity terms): V2O5 99.05 %, Si <0.01 %, Fe 0.075 %, P 0.026 %, S 0.01 %, As <0.01 %, Na2O + K2O 0.74 %
Measured at this deposit
The calcined solid product of this route contains 99.05 per cent vanadium pentoxide, measured by method YB/T 5328-2009. Its impurity figures, by X-ray fluorescence, are silicon below 0.01 per cent, iron 0.075 per cent, phosphorus 0.026 per cent, sulphur 0.01 per cent, arsenic below 0.01 per cent, and a COMBINED sodium oxide plus potassium oxide figure of 0.74 per cent.

EstablishedMain crystalline components of the calcined product: V2O5 and NaV6O15, by X-ray diffraction. NO phase fraction is reported for either. NO detection limit is stated. This resolves NO specification requirement: an issuer's limit on elemental sodium is a mass fraction, and a phase identification is not one. Recorded because what an impurity sits in is a different fact from how much of it there is, and this corpus now holds the first without acquiring the second.
Measured at this deposit
The sodium in this product does not sit as a separate sodium salt: the diffractogram of the calcined product identifies its main components as vanadium pentoxide AND NaV6O15, a sodium vanadium bronze. The sodium is therefore built into a vanadium-oxide phase of the product itself. This is a PHASE identification and carries no quantity: the paper reports no phase fraction and no detection limit, so it says what the sodium is in and not how much of it there is.
