The tantalum product of the same route, precipitated from the stripped tantalum solution with potassium fluoride and reported after calcination and purification at 97.3 per cent purity. The study calls it a tantalum salt and does not report it as Ta2O5; that distinction is kept, because a salt and an oxide are different materials.
