Material
Low-purity primary gallium
Also known as primary gallium, unrefined gallium
Gallium metal as first recovered from bauxite processing or from zinc-processing residues, which the U.S. Geological Survey designates low-purity and unrefined. It is a distinct product from refined gallium, made in different countries, and it is the input to refining rather than a material any device is built from.
